Founder
Andrey began his career as an organizer in 2007, working in various positions on over 100+ campaigns; political as well as field and marketing campaigns for private sector clients. To some a charismatic raconteur and to others a trusted advisor, Andrey has been around a while but continues to diligently believe that campaigns can always be run better and that our industry can and should continually seek to innovate.

FounderDaniel is an expert in field operations, having had a hand in more than 60 campaigns over the last 8 years. He has a “boots on the ground” approach to campaigning with a specialty in staff training and retention. He is also an art historian, accomplished metalsmith, and a Graduate Gemologist.

COOA community and government engagement specialist, Malik has used his extensive expertise to help organizations, nonprofits, issue advocacy groups, civil rights groups, and individuals across New York run smart. Outside of campaigns and consulting, he has an extensive background, including work with the Queens Borough President’s Office and Queens Defenders, where he specialized in targeted engagement and outreach, bridging the gap between community, elected officials, and industry.
